i know, it has been too long.  i admit i'm getting addicted to facebook. it's just so much more convenient.  wow. may went by soooo fast and i think i've never been so busy within a month like that before.

i mean, first there were the finals during the first week of may (i aced them!). tim's birthday fell on that weekend and we celebrated by paintballing and barhopping.  tyler came and stayed at our place for like two weeks for the graduation- not only that, two roomies of mine graduated and their families were in town.  we put on our best behavior although it wasn't much different than normal.  there were also the red sox games (two of them!!!), artomatic, and king's dominion. i also went home for the memorial day weekend.  it was INSANE.

graduation was bittersweet- all of the families in town for their proud graduate. it made me miss my grandpa, my graduation was the only one he attended out of our grandkids (i'm the first grandchild).  it also signifies that it has been three years since i graduated and there are still people asking me if i am a gallaudet student (damn it, I WAS!).  it was also fun having all of the friends in town and celebrating with them.  that helped a lot!

another highlight- memorial day weekend, i got to see my favorites.  sienna loves to sign my name and my heart swells everytime i see her sign it! i got a place in her life yay! i had a great quality time with my best friend which was very overdue! what's even better- she's here in town and i get to have that again! i got to spend time with my family- got drunk with my sister and got to see all the kids i graduated with from high school (they really do stay... wow). i also visited my deaf school because they had may breakfast and it has been 7 years.  too long.  i got to say, some things just DON'T change... and the teachers were so shocked to see me.  and glad, of course.  but it was also sad because they won't be there forever and i guess i came at the right time. they're going to build a new school and destroy what history we had.  hopefully some things can be saved.

i'm back in dc and already back to being a busybody.  i can't wait to become a college professor, if ever, to have the summers off! i miss having nothing to worry about.  at least i have the summer off not from work, but from school!  this weekend should be a good one- there's dphh with niki in towwww! then there's the softball tourney all day on saturday- i hopeeeee it's a sunny day so we can get some color :) i have no summer plans in concrete because of work cept for the family mini-vacay in baltimore in august (for another redsox game)!! i hope tim and i get to escape briefly before i start my fall semester, there's just too much going on at work and i haven't gotten the idea of how it will work out and when i would be able to get time off.  we'll see!

ooo! one thing to sharee .. tim and i are getting a tattoo machine soon (when i ever get my stimulus ... stupid me, it's not direct deposit)... and he'll start practicing then ink people.  he'll probably ink me my first tattoo if i can ever think of one that i would want to live with forever! haha!! but we're excited about it because it has been talked about for too long and finally we're getting closer to that goal! one other thing i'm getting with that money- a BIKE!! so i will have my own to use anytime to my liking.  i've been borrowing ally's sister's bike and she's going to want it back. yikesabee! ok off i go to hope for no rain so i can play softball tonight!!

oy vey!! spring's already here???? (i had to add several question marks- cos it's sooo friggen unpredictibleee!) wellwell i welcome the warm weather with open arms, i just dont welcome the pollen count that comes with it! i've never had allegries but now i'm feeling all the symptoms .... tim's saying that could be it and i'm hoping it's nothing big. we'll see!

i actually finished my term paper that's due this weekend. that way i can do whatever i want without feeling guilty! there's TWO more weeks left of school. yes, you got that right-- TWO!!!! sweetjesus! then i'm FREE for the summer. i SO can't wait for that.

the economic stimulus $$$$ will be coming in, and i got PLANS with that moolah.  hurry up may! there's too much to look forward to lol... tim's birthday actually falls on may 1st which is a thursday.  i think we're doin paintball?! that's what he wants and that's what i'm gonna try and set up for him.

it's so weird how weather affects our mood... its so sunny and warm today thus i'm in such a chippy mood! *rme* just hit me in the head with reality will ya??

off i go to finish everything before the weekend starts, and it sure is going to be a crazy one!

my spring break's near to its end and it wasn't so bad at all. i was VERY productive at work because i had nothing else to think about but that.  i actually went to the gym everyday at work (i still need to improve on my effort with staying long enough or working out harder).  easter's already this weekend and i think we will be having a cookout on Sunday (because it s supposed to rain on saturday blah), tim's already planning on the meat with our new grill (it got a smoker too!! whoo) oh yeah, we're gonna color the eggs as well! hahaha why not, it's fun to do and to eat   

oo we got a new roommate, allyyyy. maybe i can then encourage her to blog more on xanga.  more new englanders in our house yayness! i cant believe i ll have only 4 classes left after this semester.  i'm getting so CLOSEEE then i'll be friggin done with classes and all (at least for a while) and try to pass my CPA test.  that way i can focus on other things in life (my clock's tickinggggg).

a piece of news from my fam-- my step grandma, hope, fell on ice on the sidewalk in december outside of her apartment building.  she even tried to hold on to the railing but it wasn't enough.  she broke her shoulder, her hand, and her leg (not sure in how many pieces). bad enough to end up at a nursing home because she will then have care 24/7... anyways she recovered well enough to go back home but will never regain proper use of her right hand but luckily, she's a lefty like me! hopefully she will get some kind of compensation for the injuries she suffered-- we ll see.. nothing comes for free.

i guess that's all i got to say. i'm just thrillythrilled its fridayyyyy and i want to be outside nowww. its such a beautiful day!! blue skies!! oh yeahh i just fnished watching i am legend, atonement, bee movie, almost done with no country for old men and still got august rush, dan in real life and into the wild! mooovies rock (well, good ones anyway)!

shamrockfest tomorrow, im looking forward to it! www.weather.com at first said it would rain (and i was so ready to run out and buy them cute rainboots), but as the days crept closer, now it's saying cloudy and 60s! w00t! that's fine with me

anyhoooo i'm done with my midterms. my spring break is next week (yup same as gallaudet's but that doesn't matter) and i still got to work.  that's ok tho- i need the money! i actually started working out two days ago- there's a gym at my work and i know i haven't taken advantage of it for the past three years so i thought it was about time.  so far, so good.  let's see how long i'm going to last with this one!

i've been paying hollywoodtans monthly (automatic withdrawals- i keep on forgetting about it!) and i haven't wentttt. brooke's trying her best to get me going.  i hate the beginning, you know? i have no patience for it but it seems that i'm finally going after work! i think it's all that school and work that's getting to me, keeping me busy.  but i got a light load this week and spring break's next week so i SHOULD go when i can! im getting too patsy and brooke's getting this healthy glow. if i'm going to have to stand next to her, i gotta get some color! LOL oooo we sooo want to visit niki up north so i smell another road trip sooooon (right brooke??)

oh yeahh!! i'm a new proud alpha tester of vpad.  it's not too bad after all.  just gotta get the kinks worked out. (damn ethernet)

other than school, gym, work, walking posh, eating, sleeping, i've been keeping up with the tv shows- especially the new ones lately... (i got some tate in me lol and thank god for dvr!!) america's next top model cycle 10 (10 already?!?!) seems interesting, lost still don't give answers much, i was happy for the fierce christian in project runaway although i thought jillian would rock it, top chef's already off to a start, ben's sooo adorable in make me a supermodel, my cheesy side comes out when i watch rock of love 2- omg did you realize megan's the same girl that won beauty and the geek with nate??? (kick her off the show brett!), grey's anatomy is coming back in april!!! along with ugly betty!! but sadly, we won't see heroes until this fall. american idol got some good singers, but like always, it comes with the badddd ones, thank god writer's strike is over. i was overloaded with the reality shows- american gladitor brought back good ol' memories, i keep on trying to catch flavor of love 3, are you smarter than a fifth grader is the only quiz show that actually makes me feel smart! the mamas on your mama can't dance really can't dance! made me wonder when so you think you can dance will come back, the biggest loser is here once again... bachelor's coming back as well. oh boyeee- did you see the moment of truth?! i think that's crazy but then again, it's material for television... ok, i'm starting to untravel here. there's too many.

i feel what everyone's feeling around here- spring... it's coming.  slowly, but it's coming.
